INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 300g tai fillet
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
STEPS
Place tai fillet and 2 tbsp sake in a pan, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat until the fish turns white.
Once cooled, remove the skin and bones from the tai and flake it into small pieces.
Add the flaked tai and the seasoning ingredients (1 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp light soy sauce) to a pot. Cook over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
