INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of cheddar cheese
Ham
- 🍖 2 slices of ham
Butter
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
Condiments
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Leave butter at room temperature for 1 hour, then mix with 2 tbsp condensed milk until creamy.
Beat 2 eggs and cook into 2 egg sheets without adding salt, using low heat.
Spread mayonnaise evenly on 2 slices of bread.
Place egg sheets on the bread and spread the butter-condensed milk mixture evenly.
Spread the butter-condensed milk mixture on the remaining 2 slices of bread.
Place the bread with egg sheets on top, add ham and cheese, then cover with another slice of bread.
Trim the edges of the sandwich and cut diagonally to serve.
