INGREDIENTS

STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, drain, and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes.
Mash the potatoes and mix with milk, grated cheese, salt, and butter until well combined.
Place the potato mixture into cups, top with soft-boiled eggs, and sprinkle dried parsley. Toast the bread, cut into vertical quarters, and serve alongside.
