INGREDIENTS

- 🍊 2-3 tangerines
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- đź’§ 2/3 cup water
- 🍹 1/3 cup tangerine juice
- 🌿 A few mint leaves
STEPS
Peel the tangerines completely, including the inner skin.
Mash the tangerine flesh using a mortar, blender, or simply a spoon in a bowl.
Mix the mashed tangerine flesh with 1/3 cup tangerine juice and 1 tbsp honey.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and add reserved tangerine chunks if desired.
Freeze for 2 hours, then scrape with a fork to create granita texture.
Refreeze for another 4-5 hours, then scrape again to finalize the granita texture.
Serve in a glass, garnished with mint or rosemary leaves.
