INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seafood
- 1/2 stick tarako (12.5g)
- 1 crab stick
Herbs
- 1 shiso leaf
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 200ml water
STEPS
Cut the tarako in half and place it in a bowl. Add sake, mix, and remove the thin skin.
In a pot, mix the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring to thicken. Add tarako and simmer briefly.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add shredded crab stick. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until semi-cooked.
Place the cooked rice on a plate, top with the semi-cooked eggs, pour the tarako sauce over, and garnish with torn shiso leaves.
