INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seafood
- 1 piece tarako (50g)
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (55g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Chop the green onion into fine pieces.
Cut the tarako lengthwise and scoop out the contents with a spoon. Reserve 1 tbsp for topping.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and cook until semi-cooked. Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separated.
Add the green onion, tarako, and butter. Stir-fry until well combined. Add sugar, salt, and pepper, then pour soy sauce along the edge of the pan and mix quickly.
Serve on a plate and top with reserved tarako and chopped green onion.
