INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 3 pieces tarako (75g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 150g frozen mixed vegetables
Dairy
- 🧈 30g unsalted butter
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme
STEPS
Cut the tarako into 1cm slices.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (soy sauce, salt, consomme), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the tarako, mixed vegetables, and butter on top of the rice. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice to combine all ingredients.
