Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and diced
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 40g cream cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Remove the roe from the tarako.
Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Mash the hot potatoes and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the tarako and the condiments (mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Serve with bread or vegetable sticks.
