Coating
- As needed potato starch
Oil

Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into large bite-sized pieces.
Mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce, grated ginger, and grated garlic in a bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the marinated chicken evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the chicken pieces for 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
