INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1 bag shredded cabbage
Protein
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (400g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise to taste
- White sesame seeds to taste
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the chicken until cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with shredded cabbage, add the chicken mixture, and garnish with mayonnaise and white sesame seeds.
