INGREDIENTS
Chicken

Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Make small cuts in the chicken drumettes to help the marinade penetrate and ensure even cooking.
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the marinade.
