INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloins, trimmed
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut chicken tenderloins diagonally into bite-sized pieces and coat them with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the chicken until both sides are fully cooked.
Add the teriyaki sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Plate the chicken and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
