INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Tofu
- 50g silken tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp honey
STEPS
Place ground meat, silken tofu, and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, potato starch) into a plastic bag. Knead until sticky and cut the corner of the bag to form the meat mixture.
On a microwave-safe plate lined with plastic wrap, squeeze the meat mixture into coin-sized portions and shape them. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mayonnaise, honey). Add the cooked meatballs and mix well. Microwave uncovered for another minute to cook through.
