INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Vegetables
- 2 bunches mitsuba, chopped
Protein
- 180g sliced pork
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Pork
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
STEPS
Season the pork with salt, pepper, and flour on both sides. Chop the mitsuba into 3cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds) to the pan and mix well. Add mitsuba and stir-fry briefly.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the pork mixture and soft-boiled eggs.
