INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🍗 75g chicken breast, diced
- 🧅 2 scallions, cut into 4-5cm pieces
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Sauces
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3/4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
Optional Garnishes
- 🍅 Tomato wedges, as desired
- 🥒 Cucumber slices, as desired
- 🌿 Cilantro, as desired
STEPS
Dice the chicken breast into small pieces.
Cut scallions into 4-5cm pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onion and stir-fry together.
Add diced chicken to the pan and stir-fry until the surface is cooked.
Push the chicken to the side of the pan. Crack the egg into the center and scramble it using chopsticks in a figure-eight motion.
Add cooked rice and sauces to the pan. Stir-fry until the rice absorbs the sauce evenly.
Add scallions, turn off the heat, and mix well to finish.
