INGREDIENTS
Main Dish
- Rice noodles (medium thin) 200g
- 🦐 Shrimp 150g (peeled)
- 🥚 Eggs 2 pieces
- Bean sprouts 100g
- 🥜 Crushed peanuts 2 tablespoons
- Green onions 2 stalks (chopped)
- Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind paste 1 tablespoon
- 🧂 Sugar 2 teaspoons
- 🛢 Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
STEPS
Boil the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool in cold water until softened.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the beaten eggs, stir-fry, and set them to one side.
Add the shrimp to the frying pan and stir-fry until they turn pink.
Add the rice noodles to the frying pan, pour in the fish sauce, tamarind paste, and sugar, and mix thoroughly.
Add the bean sprouts and green onions, and quickly toss everything together.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with crushed peanuts, and it's ready to enjoy.
