INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredient
- 🍤 400g of shrimp, peeled
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, diced
Seasonings
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised
- 🍋 Juice of 2 limes
- 2 red chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 5 thin slices of galangal
- 600ml of water
STEPS
Pour water into a pot and heat. Add lemongrass, galangal, and chili, then bring to a boil.
Add the tomato chunks and simmer for 5 minutes until the soup turns red and releases a tangy flavor.
Stir in the peeled shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until done. Add fish sauce and lime juice for seasoning.
Serve the soup and garnish with extra chili or lime juice according to taste.
