INGREDIENTS
Frying Oil
- 2 cups canola oil
Protein
- 1 ½ cups cubed cooked turkey
Sauces
- ½ cup turkey gravy
- ½ cup prepared whole-berry cranberry sauce
Wrappers
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg roll wrappers
Carbohydrates
- 1 ½ cups mashed cooked potatoes
- 1 ½ cups prepared stuffing
STEPS
Heat oil in a large pan on the stovetop until it reaches 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stir together turkey and gravy in a large bowl until well combined.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a plate or cutting board. Add mashed potatoes, turkey-gravy mixture, stuffing, and cranberry sauce in center of wrapper.
Wet edges of wrapper with water, fold and roll to seal. Repeat for remaining wrappers.
Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
