INGREDIENTS
Frying Oil
- Vegetable oil for frying
Dry Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 🧄 6 tablespoons garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 4 large eggs, beaten
Chicken
- 🍗 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into small chunks
STEPS
Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet or saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
Mix together flour, garlic salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken pieces by dipping them into the beaten eggs, then rolling them in the flour mixture. Shake off excess flour and place coated chicken pieces onto a plate.
In batches, fry the coated chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Make sure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
Remove cooked chicken nuggets from oil and place them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
