- 🥓 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes (grated)
- đź§… 1/2 onion (minced)
Seasoning

- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Grate the potatoes and lightly squeeze out the water before placing them in a bowl.
Mix the onion, salt, and pepper with the potatoes to form a dough.
Lightly fry the thinly sliced pork belly in a pan to release the oil, then set it aside.
Spread the potato dough in a circle on the pan and place the pork belly on top. Cook both sides evenly on medium heat.
Plate and serve with ssamjang or chili paste according to your preference.
