INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder
- đź§‚ 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- đź§‚ 3/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 1 1/2 cups non-fat milk
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Preheat oven to 325 °F (163 °C).
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Using two knives, cut peanut butter into dry ingredients until the mixture appears coarse and crumbly.
In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325 °F for 1 hour and 10 minutes (4250 seconds).
Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
