INGREDIENTS
Basic ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups of rice
- 🥢 150g of tofu (diced)
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 🌶 A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Add cooking oil to the pan and heat it over medium heat.
Beat the eggs, pour them into the pan, stir gently to make scrambled eggs, and set them aside.
Add the tofu to the same pan and stir-fry until it becomes golden brown.
Add the rice to the pan, mix it well with the tofu, and stir-fry.
Return the scrambled eggs to the pan, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix lightly.
Serve the fried rice on a plate.
