INGREDIENTS
Tofu and Protein
- 🍲 Soft tofu 200g
- 🥚 Two eggs
Condiments
- 🍶 One tablespoon of soy sauce
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- One tablespoon of cooking oil
STEPS
Remove excess water from the tofu and cut it into small pieces.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl, season with salt, and mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the egg mixture and cook gently like scrambled eggs. Set aside.
Add the tofu to the same pan, cook until golden brown, then quickly stir-fry with soy sauce.
Mix the cooked tofu and eggs together briefly in the pan, then transfer to a plate.
