INGREDIENTS
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground meat
- 1/2 block firm tofu
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
STEPS
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave it in a heatproof container for about 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
In a bowl, combine all 'Meat Mixture' ingredients and mix well until sticky. Divide into 4 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Add the 'Sauce' ingredients to the pan and coat the patties while simmering until the sauce thickens.
