INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack tofu noodles
- 3 pieces mentaiko
- š¦ 4 frozen shrimp
- š§ 12 cloves garlic
- š„ 3 strips bacon
- 9 pieces chili pepper
- A pinch of parsley
- A pinch of black pepper
- š§ A pinch of cheese powder
- š§ A pinch of chopped scallion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Drain and rinse the tofu noodles under running water.
Soak frozen shrimp in salted water to thaw. Slice garlic into thick pieces. Remove the skin from the mentaiko.
Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat and sautƩ garlic until translucent.
Add chili peppers to the pan and continue sautƩing.
Add bacon and shrimp to the pan. Cook until the shrimp turns pink.
Add mentaiko to the pan and stir well.
Add tofu noodles and cheese powder to the pan. Stir to combine.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle black pepper over the dish.
Garnish with parsley and chopped scallions before serving.
