INGREDIENTS

- 2/3 cup cornstarch or flour
- Generous amount of vegetable oil
Seasoning

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the tofu into pieces about 3ā4 cm thick.
Coat the tofu thoroughly with cornstarch or flour.
Pan-fry the tofu in a generous amount of vegetable oil over medium heat until crispy.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing green onion, soy sauce, chili powder, and sesame seeds.
Scoop out the center of the tofu pieces to create a cavity.
Fill the tofu cavities with cooked rice and top with the prepared seasoning sauce.
