INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 70g canned tuna in oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 50g pizza cheese
- Enough salad oil for frying
- Sprinkle of seaweed powder
- Enough potato starch for coating
Sauce Ingredients
- Juice from canned tuna
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Wrap tofu in paper towels and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Place a weight on the tofu and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Drain the canned tuna and mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
In a bowl, mix tofu, drained tuna, mayonnaise, grated cheese, potato starch, and salt and pepper until smooth.
Take 1/13 of the mixture, shape it lightly into a ball, and wrap pizza cheese in the center. Repeat for 13 balls and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, fry the balls until golden brown, and serve with mayo sauce and seaweed powder.
