INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🐟 1 can (200g) canned tuna
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 2 green chili peppers, chopped
- 🍄 5 mini king oyster mushrooms, chopped
STEPS
Chop the onion, carrot, and mini king oyster mushrooms into small pieces. Adjust the amount of onion based on its size.
Drain the tofu and mash it with the back of a spoon or your hands.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, drained tuna, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and shape the mixture into small, round patties.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties on both sides until golden brown.
