INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 150g silken tofu
- 🥛 300ml milk
- đź’§ 50ml water
- 🌾 2.5 tbsp flour
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients.
Blend silken tofu until smooth.
In a saucepan, combine milk, water, and optional consomme if desired.
Gradually add flour while stirring continuously.
Cook over medium heat while stirring until the mixture thickens.
Add blended tofu and mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve the sauce with pasta, gratin, or lasagna.
