INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), diced
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- a pinch chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- to taste shredded seaweed
- a pinch white sesame seeds
STEPS
Dice the tomato and avocado into 1cm cubes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then add the diced tomato and avocado. Stir to coat evenly.
Place warm rice in a serving bowl, crack the egg on top, and mix gently. Add the seasoned tomato and avocado mixture, then garnish with shredded seaweed and sesame seeds.
