- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili
STEPS
Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into thirds. Then cut each piece in half. Slice the garlic in half vertically, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the tomato and stir until softened.
