INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/8 onion, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Remove the stem from the tomato and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the cucumber and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (☆) together, then add the minced onion and mix well.
Add the tomato and cucumber to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the marinade.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
