STEPS
Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chicken breast and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken breast. Remove it once the surface turns white.
In the same pan, stir-fry the tomatoes until softened, then return the chicken to the pan.
Add beaten eggs and stir them in while cooking evenly.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve on a plate to finish.
