INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt (for egg mixture)
- 1 tbsp salted kombu
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Cooking Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the tomato into wedges, remove the stem, and then cut each wedge in half horizontally.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix with 1/4 tsp salt to prepare the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean, heat sesame oil over medium heat, and stir-fry the tomato until softened. Return the eggs to the pan, add the seasonings (salted kombu, sake, salt, and pepper), and quickly stir-fry everything together.
