- 🍅 2 tomatoes

- 1 piece ginger, minced

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
STEPS
Cut tomatoes into wedges and then halve them. Mince garlic and ginger.
Heat salad oil, garlic, and ginger in a frying pan over low heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the seasonings (mirin, salt, curry powder) and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook until the edges of the tomato skins start to peel slightly.
