- 🍅 Tomato (sliced) 1 piece
- Noodles (boiled) 100g
Seasonings and Others
- 🥛 Milk 200ml
- 🧀 Cheese (melting type) 100g
- 🧂 Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper to taste
- 🧈 Butter 20g
- Flour 1 tbsp
STEPS
Melt butter in a frying pan and add flour, stirring over low heat.
Gradually add milk to make a white sauce, ensuring no lumps form.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Place the boiled noodles in a heat-resistant dish, then evenly layer tomato slices and shrimp on top.
Pour the white sauce over the top, then sprinkle cheese evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until the top is browned.
