INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🍅 1 can (400g) tomatoes
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🌿 Parsley to taste
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
STEPS
Mince the garlic. Boil water in a pot, add spaghetti, and cook according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add drained tuna and sauté over medium heat for 1–2 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes and seasonings (sugar, grated cheese, consomme, salt, black pepper). Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix thoroughly. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
