STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, molasses, butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt in a large, heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from heat and let cool.
Beat together eggs and half-and-half in a medium bowl until blended. Mix egg mixture into cooled syrup mixture until well incorporated. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
