INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g pork slices
- 🍅 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 200g soft tofu
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/4 cup of water
STEPS
Marinate pork slices with salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, then cut the tofu into chunks.
Heat the pan with olive oil, stir-fry the marinated pork slices until half-cooked, then set aside.
Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Mix in the ketchup, oyster sauce, and water until well combined.
Add tofu chunks and half-cooked pork slices, simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens, then serve.
