INGREDIENTS

- 12 slices pork loin (240g)

- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 20g breadcrumbs

STEPS
Remove the stem from the tomato and slice it horizontally into 4 equal pieces.
Season pork slices with salt and pepper. Layer tomato, pork, and half a slice of cheese, folding the cheese as needed. Place another pork slice on top, shaping it to match the tomato. Repeat to make 4 pieces.
Coat the assembled cutlets with flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C and fry the cutlets for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
