INGREDIENTS

- 40g oatmeal
Meat
- 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 1 king oyster mushroom (40g), thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Cheese
- 30g pizza cheese
Soup Base
- 🍅 200cc unsalted tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, as needed
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and king oyster mushroom as described.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté the bacon, onion, and king oyster mushroom until softened.
Add oatmeal and soup base ingredients, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the oatmeal softens.
Add pizza cheese, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
