- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten

STEPS
Wash the tomato and dice it, then beat the eggs and set aside.
Add some cooking oil to a pan, stir-fry the tomato until it releases its juices.
Add about 500 ml water, bring it to boil, and season with salt.
Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the pot while stirring gently with chopsticks. Turn off the heat once egg ribbons form.
Sprinkle a pinch of white pepper for added aroma and serve.
