- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
STEPS
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well.
Heat the pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and softly fry the eggs before setting them aside.
Add tomatoes to the remaining oil in the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Put the eggs back on top of the stir-fried tomatoes, sprinkle salt, and stir for 1 minute while cooking.
Transfer the completed tomato egg stir-fry to a plate and serve.
