INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍅 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- đź§‚ 1 teaspoon of salt
- 🍯 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
STEPS
Add eggs to a bowl, mix with a pinch of salt, and whisk thoroughly.
Cut tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and make scrambled eggs. Remove from the pan once cooked about 70% and set aside.
In the same pan, add tomatoes and cook on low heat, then add sugar and salt to adjust the taste.
Add the cooked eggs back into the pan and stir-fry quickly with the tomatoes for about 1 minute.
