INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), diced
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), diced
- 2 cabbage leaves (80g), chopped
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź’§ 500ml water
STEPS
Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Dice the potato, onion, and cabbage into 1cm cubes. Halve the tomato, remove seeds, and dice into 1cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add bacon and onion, sauté until onion becomes translucent. Add potato and cabbage, and stir briefly.
Add consomme, salt, water, and diced tomato to the pot. Mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
