INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- đź§„ 2 cloves garlic
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Spices
- Pinch of sliced chili
Seasoning
- 200cc water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Cut the tomato into 1cm cubes after removing the stem. Slice half of the garlic thinly and remove the core. Mince the remaining garlic after halving and removing the core.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil and sliced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until crispy, then remove (fried garlic). Add bacon, minced garlic, and chili, and sauté over medium heat.
Add water and salt, bring to a boil, then add spaghetti (broken in half) and stir. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for the time indicated on the pasta package.
Uncover and cook over medium-high heat to evaporate excess water. Add tomato and stir-fry to combine.
Plate the pasta and top with fried garlic.
