INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 400g ground beef and pork mix
Egg
- 🥚 6 boiled quail eggs
Meat
- 6 slices of bacon
Vegetable
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
Dairy
- đź§€ 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 2/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🥚 1 egg
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 5 tbsp milk
STEPS
Remove the tomato stems and slice them into 5mm thick pieces. Mince the onion.
Place ground beef and pork mix, minced onion, and seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag. Knead until evenly mixed, then transfer to a heatproof container.
Embed boiled quail eggs into the meat mixture and flatten the surface.
Layer bacon and tomato slices on top, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 30 minutes.
