INGREDIENTS
Filling
- 8 ounces sour cream
- ¾ cup sugar

- 🌾 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups fresh blueberries
Crust
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Streusel Topping
- 🌾 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 🧈 3 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder (Optional)
- 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Beat together sour cream, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Gently fold in the blueberries and spoon into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Prepare streusel topping by combining flour, sugar, and five-spice powder. Cut in butter until crumbly and fold in pecans.
After 25 minutes, sprinkle the streusel topping over the pie.
