Seasonings
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) as needed
STEPS

Wash the tsurumurasaki and separate the stems from the leaves.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the stems for about 1 minute, then add the leaves and boil for another 30 seconds.

Cool the boiled tsurumurasaki in cold water and squeeze out the excess water.

Serve on a plate, drizzle with soy sauce, and garnish with katsuobushi to finish.
