INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 400g rice cakes
- 3 tbsp canola oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Mix ketchup, gochujang, corn syrup, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add canola oil.
Add rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Remove the rice cakes and set aside on a plate.
Reduce heat to low and pour the sauce into the pan.
Add the rice cakes back into the pan and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Cook on low heat until the sauce is absorbed and the rice cakes are flavorful.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with nuts if desired.
